AI Product Design Architect

Requirements, user flows, information architecture and a design system, all set before anyone writes code. Your AI tools and your engineers then build against a foundation instead of guessing at one.

How the architecture work runs

Instead of creating complete UI designs, our Product Design Architect defines the design foundation that AI development tools or engineering teams will follow. This ensures your product remains consistent, scalable, and user-friendly, even when most of the implementation is generated with AI.

During the engagement, we work with you to translate your product idea into a structured implementation plan, defining both the product architecture and the design architecture before development starts.

AI Product Design Architect

This service is a good fit if

Improve your UX
  • You're building with AI-assisted or vibe-coding tools and want the product structure defined before the first prompt.

  • Your team keeps regenerating screens because nobody agreed on the user flows or the information architecture.

  • You don't need full UI design work, but you do need a foundation your AI tools or engineers can follow.

  • Your requirements live in chats, docs, and someone's head, and you need them written down as clear specifications.

  • Your AI-generated interface drifts and looks inconsistent because there is no design system behind it.

  • You want engineers and AI agents working from the same flows, states, and components.

  • You are about to start development and want to avoid rework caused by decisions nobody wrote down.

As a result

What the foundation includes

  • Product requirements and feature specifications.

  • User stories and acceptance criteria.

  • User flow definition and optimization.

  • Information architecture.

  • Design system architecture, including design principles, UI components, design tokens, and reusable patterns.

  • Definition of visual standards and UI element libraries to ensure consistency across the product.

  • Product architecture and feature decomposition.

  • Functional specifications for AI-assisted or traditional development.

  • MVP scope definition and implementation planning.

  • Recommendations for the most efficient development approach.

F.A.Q.

We focus on digital products with real complexity: fintech, CRM, marketing and SEO tools, MedTech, EdTech, PropTech, and AI-based apps, across both web and mobile. If your product has heavy logic and multi-step flows, it is squarely in our wheelhouse.

Start with the problem, not the deliverable. If a single flow is underperforming, a Workflow UX audit is enough. If retention is dropping across the whole product, a Deep product UX audit finds the root cause. Not sure? Book a call and we will point you to the smallest engagement that solves your problem.

We can, but we rarely recommend it. The analytics stage is where we turn assumptions into evidence, and skipping it means designing in the dark. If you already have solid research, we will review it and move straight to design; if you do not, a short discovery pays for itself.

It depends on how wide the problem is. Choose a Workflow UX audit for one specific journey, a Deep product UX audit when the whole product is losing users with no clear cause, and a Product heuristic evaluation when you need a fast expert read before committing to a larger project.

Timelines depend on scope, but most audits take one to three weeks, and a full product design engagement runs from a few weeks to a couple of months. After a short scoping call we give you a concrete timeline before any work starts.

We use AI to move faster without cutting corners: accelerating research synthesis, exploring more design directions early, and automating the repetitive parts of delivery. Every decision that reaches your product is still made by a senior designer.
