Project Background
A French client approached us with a request for a UX-focused redesign for their PropTech startup, which operates in the Property Technology space. This innovative company provides Real Estate Technology solutions that help low-income families transition from renting to owning their homes. Founded a year and a half ago, the company has been gaining momentum in the French market as a leader in Real Estate Automation.

The platform enables users to navigate stages such as document verification, housing selection, financial planning, and ongoing support. A standout feature of the model is that users rent their chosen home for three years with the option to buy it afterward. The platform is supported by advisors who assist users with financial management and legal guidance.

This Real Estate SaaS platform features an end-user interface, while using HubSpot CRM for admin tasks. Initially developed using a no-code solution, the platform lacked comprehensive UX design, analytics, and digital transformation in real estate features. By the time they reached out to us, the company was ready to scale and needed significant improvements in both logic and design.

Challenges the Client Faced
